Engagement approach

From kick-off to signed findings

Audits for fintech firms work best when both sides know the rhythm: what we ask for, when fieldwork starts, and how draft findings become a board-ready report.

What you prepare before day one

Nominate one engagement contact. Stage the last month of reconciliation packs, the exception log with aging if you have it, current policies for the paths in scope, and the segregation-of-duties chart. Incomplete packs are acceptable; missing owners are not.

Engagement sequence

Scoping conversation

We confirm licence type, entities, paths in scope, and whether the output needs a board briefing. You receive a written estimate and document request list.

Evidence intake

Remote review of packs and policies. We schedule walkthrough slots only when the request list is substantially complete.

Fieldwork

Hybrid days in Taoyuan or at your Taiwan offices: path walkthroughs, sampling, and interviews with process owners.

Draft findings

A closed discussion of severity ratings and factual accuracy before the report is finalised. Management responses are invited here.

Final delivery

Findings report, gap register, and optional board briefing pack. Remediation ownership stays with your team.
