Data we collect

When you submit a contact or newsletter form we collect your name, email address, message content, and optional fields such as engagement interest, preferred date, and licence type. Server logs may record IP address and browser type for security and diagnostics.

Purposes

We use this data to respond to engagement enquiries, schedule scoping calls, send field notes if you subscribe, and maintain the security of the website.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful contact, or longer when required for an active engagement or legal obligation. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs are typically rotated within ninety days.

User rights

Subject to Taiwan personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@securityplatforms.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese authority.

International transfers

If we use email or hosting providers that process data outside Taiwan, we take contractual and organisational steps appropriate to the transfer. Engagement working papers remain under our control and are shared only with named engagement personnel and, where agreed, with your designated contacts.
